Our Staff

Pastor

Bro. Legere has been in the ministry for 35 years. During this time, he has planted a church in Ontario, Canada that just celebrated it’s 30th anniversary, as well as ministered in Oklahoma City for 6 years.

In 2015, Pastor Legere and his wife Jill moved to Jonesboro and have been here at Cornerstone Baptist Church for 10 years. They have a passion for reaching the people of their community for Christ.

Assistant Pastor

Bro. Jackson pastored a church plant in Oklahoma for six years. The next few years, God allowed his family and him to assist in ministry in Missouri and travel helping churches and pastors with building projects.

In the summer of 2024, the Lord led Bro. Jackson to move to Jonesboro to assist Pastor Legere at Cornerstone Baptist Church. They are excited to serve Christ in their church and community.
